Aim: working on route-choices. We will run the course 2-3 times using different routes every time
Course length: Common course 8,9km. Shortcut CP6-15 - 4,8km, CP 10-16 - 6,3km.

Intensity: Easy to moderate pace
Sport Ident: Nope

WED-A
